The Legal Section

1. The Client Agrees To Provide Sufficient Power Supply Within 50 ft. Of Set-Up Location.
2. The DJ Will Be Allowed Access To The Stage At Minimum 45 Minutes Before For Set-Up.
3. If Set-Up Time Runs Long Due To Speeches Or Other Dinner Activities The 4 Hours Will Not Be Extended Past The Contracted Finish Time.
4. If The Event Is Outdoors The Client Will Provide Sufficient Shelter To Protect DJ And Equipment From Adverse Weather Conditions.
5. The Client Agrees To Pay A Non-Refundable Deposit of $100.00 To Reserve The Date Of Event. We Will Hold Your Date For 30 Days To Allow Receiving And Returning The Contract. Failure To Do So May Result In Cancellation Of Date.
6. The Remaining Balance Must Be Paid On Or Before The Day Of Event.

7. Any Event Cancelations Within 30 Days of Event Deposit Will Not Be Refunded.. If Re-Scheduled Deposit Will Transfer To     New Event Date
8. No Post Dated Checks
9. There Is A $100.00 Fee For All Returned Checks.
10. The DJ Is Not Guaranteed After Contract Time. Additional Hours May Be Purchased.
11. If The Event Concluded Before Contracted Time Full Payment Must Be Made.
12. We Reserve The Right To Cancel Or Stop The Show At Any Time To Ensure The Safety Of The DJ And Equipment.
